PCA Champions

Join the PCA Movement! Get involved today.

PCA Champions are grassroots advocates who "Champion" Positive Coaching Alliance in their youth sports communities.  Champions spread PCA's mission:

  • on-line
  • face-to-face
  • and/or through traditional media.

What you can do to help:

  • Introduce PCA to influencers, such as media outlets, school and youth sports organization leaders, prominent coaches and athletes, government leaders, and community organizers

 

 

 

  • Develop an e-mail list of friends, relatives, coaches, business associates and peers who care about youth sports; Share relevant information, such as National Youth Sports Awards nomination forms, PCA Connector e-mails, and other PCA news

 

  • Share your youth or high school sports experience – as parent, coach or player – through “My Youth Sports Story ”            

 

  • Write letters-to-the-editor and/or phone in to talk radio about PCA's work in transforming youth sports, as it relates to local or national youth sports news stories

 

  • Help place PCA’s public service announcements in local media; radio and video PSAs available

 

 

  • Recruit others to also become PCA Champions

 

  • Help organize and host local events to promote PCA
