Positive Coaching Alliance's Privacy Policy is published to provide you with peace of mind concerning how
Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) manages and protects any information that you may share with us.
What information does PCA collect and for what reasons?
We do not collect personal information unless you provide it voluntarily and knowingly. When we do request
your personal information, it is for one or more of the following reasons. To:
- enable PCA to respond to your, or your Youth Sport Organization's inquiry about PCA programs, services or merchandise
- archive your, or your Youth Sport Organization's, participation in a live or online PCA training course
- process your subscription to a PCA publication or newsletter
- process your charitable donation to PCA and provide you with necessary tax-related forms
- process your purchase of any PCA service or merchandise
- register you for a special event or special offer
If you do not want your personal information collected, even for these reasons, please do not submit it to us.
Do we disclose it?
PCA does not sell, loan, exchange, or make available in any way the names, addresses, or any other contact or demographic information concerning our Partners, Double-Goal Coaches, members or donors.
How do we use it?
Any information we gather is for the express use of PCA and will be used for the sole purpose of furthering the mission of PCA and enhancing our communication with our constituents. Because Positive Coaching is a social movement, we rely on developing an effective communication channel between each of our constituents (youth sports leaders, coaches, sport parents, donors and general supporters of PCA).
At times we may inform you, via email or direct mail, of a special offer or event that one of our National Partners or Sponsor is making available to members of the PCA community.
Events, Special Offers and Submissions
PCA may at times invite you to participate in surveys, youth sports award nominations or submit news, photographs, comments, or questions.
Does PCA store your credit card information?
No, PCA does not store this information.
If I chose to opt out of future PCA communication, what should I do?
You may unsubscribe at any time, for any reason. Simply send an email to:
