Dozens of fierce-yet-friendly competitors and a slew of sponsor support made for a spectacularly successful Wall Street Shootout, held May 3 at Hunter College. The event culminated with TPG defending its 2007 title with a 31-28 defeat of runner-up Community Preservation Corporation. Hoisting the trophy were, from left, Adam Harper, Mike Hochman, Rick Schifter and Franklin Perry. Also in the semifinals were Sullivan & Cromwell and Fortress Investment Group.
Thanks to the New York Stock Exchange for its ongoing support of the Wall Street Shootout, and to all the sponsors who contributed to a wonderful event: The Award Group, The Community Preservation Corporation, Deloitte, Dreamseat.com, Edward & Marilyn McMahon, Ernst & Young, ESPN Zone, Equinox Fitness, Evercore Partners, Fortress Investment Group, Marquis Jet, Silver Lake, Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, TPG, and Warburg Pincus.
