The Triple-Impact Competitor Scholarship Program, sponsored by Deloitte and the Thrive Foundation for Youth, honors ethical student-athletes who have a positive impact on three levels:

- Personal Mastery: Making oneself better
- Leadership: Making one’s teammates better
- Honoring the Game: Making the game better
High school juniors (class of 2011) from the following metro areas, defined by county below, are eligible to apply for the scholarship:
Chicago: Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Lake, McHenry, Will Counties
Houston: Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Liberty, Montgomery, Waller Counties
New York City: Kings, Bronx, Nassau, New York, Putnam, Queens, Richmond, Rockland, Suffolk, Westchester, Bergen, Hudson, Passaic Counties
San Francisco / Sacramento: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento, Yolo
Washington DC: District of Columbia, Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Stafford, City of Alexandria, City of Fairfax, City of Manassas, Montgomery, Prince George's, Frederick, Calvert, Charles Counties
