Become a Trainer
We are seeking individuals committed to the Positive Coaching Alliance
mission to conduct trainings for coaches, athletes, and parents for
Youth Sports Organizations. This is an independent contractor position.
The ideal candidate should have attended a PCA Training, have expertise
related to the Training he/she would deliver (ex: candidates for coaches
training should have at least 3 years coaching experience) and have
experience presenting. Engaging presentation and communication skills
are a must.
Responsibilities will include
- Delivering a minimum of 12 trainings per year.
- Presenting at workshops and conferences.
- Maintaining Positive Coaching Alliance’s highest quality standards.
- Representing the Positive Coaching Alliance Mission to our partners.
