Seal of Commitment: Every Coach a Double-Goal Coach

SOC_2008_SmallPositive Coaching Alliance awards the Seal of Commitment to schools and youth sports organizations that mandate Double-Goal Coach® training for all their coaches. The seal assures parents that any of their children's coaches in that school or organization is committed to the first goal of winning and the second, more-important goal of teaching life lessons through sports.

 

PCA Partners earn the Seal of Commitment by pledging in writing that:

  • All coaches in the school or organization will be trained and certified as Double-Goal Coaches
  • Organizational leaders will inform parents of the commitment
  • All coaches will receive a copy of the Double-Goal Coach Job Description
  • A PCA banner will be displayed at all games and other appropriate functions.

PCA provides Seal of Commitment Partners with templates for press releases and other materials that help promote themselves as outstanding educational-athletic organizations.
