In addition to donating to general operations, there are opportunities to donate and support specific special PCA initiatives, including:

Triple-Impact CompetitorTM Initiative – PCA works directly with student-athletes to positively impact their performance on and off the field of play. PCA also recognizes those student-athletes who exemplify the Triple-Impact Competitor principles – making a positive contribution on three levels: Personal Mastery (Making oneself better); Leadership (Making one’s teammates better); and Honoring the Game (Making the sport better). Donations for this initiative will help to fund the development and delivery of new workshops, an online community for student-athletes and scholarships for Triple-Impact Competitors.
Trainer Support – Committed to providing the BEST live, interactive workshops for youth sports leaders, coaches, parents and student-athletes, PCA continually recruits, hires and trains a corps of qualified PCA Trainers across the U.S. to lead those workshops. PCA Trainers typically have coached high school or college sports and have a breadth of experience with youth sports. Donations for Trainer Support will help to fund recruitment and hiring of PCA Trainers, as well as conducting programs to further their development as workshop leaders, including PCA Trainer Institutes and other continuing education.
Content and Technology Innovation – Dedicated to reaching as many coaches, parents and athletes as possible, PCA plans to expand and improve delivery of our workshops online. Donations for this initiative will help to fund that effort, as well as an enhanced online community for workshop participants.
PCA Expansion – Transforming youth sports nationally means PCA must expand beyond its current 11 hub cities to the 25 largest U.S. cities by 2013, according to a Strategic Growth Study led by McKinsey & Co.'s Bill Meehan and funded by G.J. Jensen of The Jenesis Group. PCA seeks philanthropists and sponsors to fund entry into cities currently left unserved by local PCA operations.
