Having worked in the radio sales and marketing solutions industry for over fifteen years, Becky Kaiser has a deep passion for creating partnerships to grow businesses through local news and sports content. 

As a General Sales Manager, she is tasked with encouraging a sales culture of respect, inclusion and positivity while motivating and developing a team of integrated marketing professionals who have this same passion for building partnerships and who can sense opportunities for revenue growth and potential. 

KTAR News is Arizona’s Heritage News Brand since 1922 delivering Award Winning Local News coverage & ABC Radio National News. Arizona Sports encompasses all sports media properties including play by play coverage of the Arizona Diamondbacks, Arizona Coyotes, Arizona Cardinals, Phoenix Suns, ASU Sun Devil Football and Basketball, The Fiesta Bowl, and ESPN Radio. 

The mission is simple– help local businesses activate our engaged local audiences for effective and measurable results through brand creative development, team sponsorship, promotional execution and consumer activation for small to large-sized businesses on the local and national level.

Having been active in sports all of her life, Becky has a natural affinity for sports and business and the passion and engagement that it cultivates. She played softball for Florida State University from 1996-2000, served as a four-year All-ACC Academic winner and Captain of the team.

After college, she was one of eight student-athletes awarded an ACC Internship and served as a member of the Public Relations team at Home Team Sports (Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic), who cover the professional and collegiate sports team coverage in Baltimore and Washington, D.C., as well as sports news and entertainment. After settling in Arizona, she was an intern in Media Relations with the Oakland Athletics during the "Money Ball" era before landing in the radio industry. 

Becky and her family reside in the town of Gilbert, Arizona.
