KICKING OFF Triple-Impact Competitor® Scholarship Applications

One of our favorite things at PCA-Minnesota is honoring the outstanding local youth athletes that are making positive contributions to their sports and communities. The Triple-Impact Competitor Scholarship Program recognizes high school junior student-athletes who exemplify personal mastery (make oneself better), leadership (make teammates better), and honoring the game (make the sport better). Each year we are inspired by the stories of perseverance, teamwork, compassion, and respect shared by our applicants – it makes our job of selecting scholarship recipients very difficult. Finalists receive a $1,000 scholarship and will be honored at the Impact Award Celebration later in the year.

The Triple-Impact Competitor Scholarship is a great way for PCA-Minnesota to give back to those individuals that showcase our mission and culture. Kristina Harder, past scholarship recipient says, “Thank you so much for contributing to my college experience. My first semester was a lot of fun, I’ve had a lot of changes and met many interesting people. I’m working in the Communications Office at Gustavus Adolphus with really cool people and I know they’ll teach me valuable skills. I’m flying to England for the month of January…and I wanted to express my thanks before I left. Also, I’m pursuing a major in Exercise Physiology and minors in Management and Coaching!”

Applications are accepted through May 31. Please help us spread the word about this great opportunity for our local youth athletes that are “doing it right!”
