Executive Director, Morgan Family Foundation
Linda Verhulp is the Executive Director for the Morgan Family Foundation, a private foundation that focuses its philanthropic goals on youth, education, the environment and stewardship. In her role at the foundation, she works with organizations to maximize their potential through strategic grantmaking to support organizations’ goals and objectives. Linda was raised in Palo Alto, CA; she returned after many years away by way of Los Angeles, Saudi Arabia and London. While overseas, Linda was General Manager of the United States Embassy Employees’ Association in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia during the Desert Storm conflict. Linda’s professional experience includes executive positions in finance, operations and marketing in both the non-profit and for profit sectors.
Linda has been actively engaged with her local community serving on school site councils, the Palo Alto Partners in Education Board, leading their governance and strategic planning committees, and as a founding board member of Teen Success, an organization that helps teen mothers complete their education, break the cycle of poverty and lead fulfilling lives.
Linda has participated in sports throughout her life. Her family has been active with youth sports leagues and has personal experience with the value of positive leadership and coaching and the benefits of sports participation. Linda holds an Economics degree from UCLA.
