Jake joined PCA in 2012 and currently serves as Vice President of National Advancement, providing strategic direction and leadership for PCA's national advancement strategy.  With a focus on fundraising, Jake works to expand and diversify the donor base in order to secure PCA's philanthropic goals.  Jake is also a member of PCA's Senior Leadership Team.

Jake began his career at PCA as the Partnership Manager for the DC/Mid-Atlantic region.  In 2015, he was elevated to a Business Development Manager focused on Chapter Expansion, and in 2018 he was again promoted to become the first Executive Director of the newly launched PCA Mid-Atlantic Chapter.  In 2020, Jake took on the role of Vice President of PCA's East Territory, where he assumed overall responsibility for the success of the five individual regions on the East Coast.

Before being drafted by the San Francisco Giants, Jake was a student-athlete at George Washington University, earning a B.A. in Psychology.  During his nine-year pro baseball career, Jake played at every level of the Giants' minor league system and finished his career with the Arizona Diamondbacks. Upon his retirement from playing, Jake returned to college baseball as a coach, first at his alma mater, GWU, and then at Georgetown University.

Jake and his wife Emily reside in Washington, D.C.
