Special Programs & Events Manager

Blog Author, Our Staff

Jennie joined PCA in January 2017 as Program Administrator.  Her responsibilities included managing all aspects of the Double-Goal Coach® and Triple-Impact Competitor® Scholarship awards programs. In 2019 Jennie's title changed to Programs and Events Manager to better identify her role after taking over the event planning for PCA's National Youth Sports Awards and Benefit and many other PCA national and local events.

Jennie moved to Denver, CO in May 2021 and joined several other PCA teammates in the area when her husband, Jeff was named the new Head Men's Basketball Coach at the University of Denver.

Jennie spent 4  years affiliated with PCA's National Headquarters in Mountain View, CA, while her husband served as Stanford University's Associate Head Men's Basketball Coach.  Prior to that move, they were in Homewood, Alabama at the University of Alabama - Birmingham for 4 years.

For the 10 years prior to their move to Alabama, Jennie was a real estate broker with Coldwell Banker-Heart of America Realtors in Bloomington, Illinois, and co-owner of Distinctive Designs, a residential construction company specializing in the construction of custom homes where she handled all design, décor and customer relations.

Jennie and Jeff have two children. Their daughter, Kendall, 25, is pursuing her Ph.D. in Educational Policy at Stanford University, and their son, Jared, 23, played on the men's basketball team at Purdue University for 3 years and is now a Graduate Assistant on their staff pursuing his master's degree in HR Management.

Outside of work, Jennie enjoys travel, particularly to support her favorite college basketball teams! When not on the road, she enjoys, cooking and baking, exercise, and exploring her new home state.  She always welcomes visitors who come to support the Pioneers!
