Molly has been part of the PCA family since 2013. Molly was PCA's Trainer Manager, working out of the National Office in 2013-2014, and has remained an active Certified Trainer since. In 2019, Molly joined PCA-Mid-Atlantic and currently works as the Partnership Manager covering the Mid-Atlantic Region (DC, MD, VA). As the Partnership Manager for PCA-Mid-Atlantic, she is responsible for prospecting, developing and closing partnership opportunities. Key in this process is demonstrating the value of PCA programs for youth sport organizations and schools, resulting in an increased PCA partnership base for PCA-Mid Atlantic.
Molly received her Bachelor's Degree from Colgate University, where she played on the Rugby team, and complete her Masters in Kinesiology, with a concentration in Athletic Administration and Coaching, at James Madison University. After graduating, Molly stayed at JMU to teach Kinesiology and served as the assistant coach for the Women's Rugby team. Most recently, Molly was the Admissions Associate at The Harvey School, just outside of New York City, where she also coached Middle School Girl's Basketball and Varsity Women's Rugby. Molly was also a Middle School Athletic Director and PE teacher for three years at Children's Day School in San Francisco.
Molly grew up playing soccer, basketball, softball, baseball, and rugby and has experience coaching multiple sports at youth, college, and adult levels.
