Jeff Raker
Jeff Raker has been coaching leaders for over 25 years. With a passion for helping people discover & develop their purpose in life, Jeff uses the Sherpa Process to help people take the lid off of their lives in order to lead at a new level. Jeff is a certified Sherpa Executive Coach since 2013, providing 1-on-1 coaching & team training in: communication, leadership, setting expectations, team effectiveness and new leader assimilation. He is available to travel for on-site coaching and team trainings and can also provide coaching via digital technology. Jeff brings a unique angle to crossing Leadership Coaching with athletes & coaches. Soft skills are required to compete at the highest levels of athletics.
Raker specializes in one-on-one & team coaching for corporate clients and government, business owners, managers, department heads, general managers, executives, sales reps, teams. He has led churches in size from 75 to 700, was a swimming official for the 2012 Olympic Trials, 10 national championships; World University Games in Kazan, Russia; World Championships in Doha, Qatar.
A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Jeff is a Pastor in the Lebanon, Ohio area, as well as an international swim official. His broad experiences help him bring a unique understanding and approach to coaching. Married to Stephanie for 29 years, Jeff has three children, one son-in-law and one grandchild.
